The Client.

Humans Matter is a human-centric cognitive design consultancy. They develop the ability to act of individuals allowing for transformations to happen on both individual and collective scales.

The Challenge.

Projects involved multiple stakeholders, geographies, and formats - from internal alignment to large workshops and public events - requiring strong facilitation, structure, and follow-through.

We supported organizations and individuals struggling with engagement and behavioral change providing them with scientifically-backed design solutions to improve performance.

The Solution.

I facilitated change management and innovation for some of the world's most demanding industries.

  • Facilitation at Scale: I led the design and delivery of 16+ workshops for luxury and sustainability clients, managing sessions with over 60 participants. This included high-profile events like ReThink, S+ Summit and Creative Collision.

  • Cross-Cultural Bridge: I strengthened the collaboration between the HK and Paris offices, establishing shared communication channels that allowed for seamless joint client workspaces.

  • Internal Innovation: I built the firm’s bilingual internal newsletter and digital onboarding tool, which was adopted group-wide to streamline the employee experience.

  • Empowering Communities: In a standout project, I co-designed a community program for 50 women in the male-dominated nuclear engineering sector, creating a safe structure for mentorship and peer support.
