At AWATERRA, a digital mindfulness and spirituality startup, I built the operational foundation needed to scale execution. I translated product strategy into delivery systems across HR, finance, admin, and cross-functional planning.

Joining a digital mindfulness startup in its critical growth phase, the company had fast product ambition but fragmented workflows. The product vision was vast, but the execution path needed definition. Teams needed clearer ownership, unified planning, and faster feedback loops between product, development, and design.

I acted as the architect of the company’s operational backbone. I didn't just manage the project; I built the infrastructure that allowed the company to function.

  • Product Roadmap: I translated a complex vision into reality by mapping 34 app features into 12 core capability areas. I built a master Gantt-based roadmap with 174 cross-functional entries, serving as the single source of truth for the founder and development team.

  • Operational Efficiency: By automating task routing and feedback loops (TestFlight → Dev/Design), I cut manual coordination time by 40%, freeing up the team to focus on product quality.

  • Visibility: I designed 6 department-specific dashboards that tracked P0/P1 priorities and KPIs, eliminating bottlenecks before they became blockers.

  • Company Building: Beyond product, I established the HR and Finance ecosystems from scratch—drafting contracts, setting up Xero/Lark integrations, and vetting global partners.
