The Client.
Aesthetic Medical Central (AMC) is an aesthetic clinic located in the heart of Central, Hong Kong. The clinic is defined by its clinical excellence, precision, professional integrity, and a minimalist, "clean-luxury" patient experience.
The Challenge.
The medical industry in Hong Kong is governed by strict regulatory frameworks (including the Medical Registration Ordinance and the Undesirable Medical Advertisements Ordinance). Launching a brand in this space requires navigating a minefield of compliance. The challenge was to build a sophisticated digital presence that felt premium and modern while remaining 100% compliant.
The Solution.
I acted as the Director of Business Operations, overseeing the transition from concept to a fully operational, digitally integrated brand. My role consisted of the following:
Strategic Event Facilitation: Orchestrated the two-stage launch strategy. This included an intimate Soft Launch for academics and the founding clients - where I delivered a presentation on the clinic’s mission and a Grand Launch at the prestigious Hong Kong Club for over 70 VIP guests, where I acted as the primary brand ambassador and networking lead.
Digital Infrastructure Design: Served as the lead consultant for the website and LinkedIn launch. I acted as a "technical translator," explaining the architecture of digital design (layers, frames, and UI/UX hierarchy) to the team.
Regulatory Compliance Oversight: Developed a digital communication framework that adhered to strict medical advertising regulations. I established a "triple-check" workflow for all external materials, ensuring the doctor’s legal safety while maintaining a high-engagement brand voice.
