The Client.

Sweet Fashion House was an ultra-premium Hong Kong-based chocolatier and patisserie. With flagship presences in the city’s most prestigious retail destinations, including The Landmark and K11 Musea, the brand focused on delivering a luxury experience through bespoke chocolates, macarons, and avant-garde cakes.

The Challenge.

The brand needed stronger digital consistency and better engagement on social media.

At the same time, it was a priority to maintain premium visual standards.

The Solution.

I led a digital and strategic overhaul aimed at aligning the online brand experience with the high-end physical boutiques. The solution involved:

  • Strategic Influence Infrastructure: Built a proprietary KOL (Key Opinion Leader) database from the ground up, moving away from fragmented outreach to a targeted, high-conversion collaboration strategy.

  • Digital Optimisation: Contributed to the development and launch of a company website, ensuring the user interface (UI) reflected the brand's luxury positioning while optimizing for SEO and customer journey flow.

  • Investor Relations: Synthesized brand data and market potential into a high-impact pitch deck, designed to communicate both the "culinary innovation" and the "business" of the confectionery house to sophisticated investors.

  • Content Excellence: Leveraged visual storytelling across social media and web initiatives.
