The Client.
Your Dream Assistant is a bilingual digital tool (EN/RU) designed to provide users with instant interpretations of their dreams and their subconscious narratives through an accessible Telegram interface.
The Challenge.
Professional dream analysis is traditionally inaccessible, time-consuming, and expensive. The challenge was to "productize" the nuanced logic of a professional psychoanalyst into a streamlined, automated workflow. This required not just technical execution, but the creation of an Analysis Engine capable of maintaining context, handling multi-modal inputs, and managing a sustainable "Freemium" business model.
The Solution.
I acted as the Developer and Product Architect, building a robust bot environment. The system was designed to handle the complexity of human thought through a structured tech stack:
The Intelligence Layer: Orchestrated OpenAI’s gpt-4o with specialized system prompts to execute Jungian-style interpretations. Engineered a Follow-Up Logic system that stores active dream contexts in the database, allowing the AI to answer specific user questions about their dreams while maintaining historical continuity.
Multi-Modal Accessibility: Integrated Whisper API for high-fidelity voice-to-text transcription, ensuring users can record dreams immediately upon waking—the most critical window for memory retention.
Full-Stack Subscription Engine: Implemented a Freemium model with a 3-dream quota. Developed a secure payment bridge using Stripe, featuring automated webhook endpoints that instantly upgrade user accounts upon successful transaction.
Resilient Infrastructure: Architected a versatile DB layer supporting both SQLite for local development and PostgreSQL for production.
The Impact.
