The Client.
The Ceremony is a high-end wellness and contrast therapy center in Hong Kong, specializing in sauna, cold plunge and beauty treatments. The brand focuses on physical recovery, a sense of community, and premium hospitality, providing a sanctuary for high-performance individuals seeking holistic restoration.
The Challenge.
The wellness market is saturated with generic, template-driven digital presences. The challenge was to translate the visceral, high-sensory physical experience of contrast therapy into a digital environment. The project required a rapid market entry strategy - moving from a draft concept to an interactive, informative, functional website.
The Solution.
I acted as the Lead Product Designer & Web Developer. I leveraged the Agile Framework to build a custom, immersive website on Framer. My approach centered on "Experiential Digital Design":
Product Discovery & Competitor Benchmarking: Interrogated the existing landscape and focused on leveraging motion and visual hierarchy.
Soft Launch Strategy: Developed and deployed a dedicated Soft Launch Page to capture early market interest and build a lead pipeline.
Agile Iteration & Rapid Prototyping: Managed a steep learning curve in Framer, while managing rapid pivots and real-time UI/UX refinements based on stakeholder input.
Architecture & Information Design: Engineered a 4-tab site structure. Each page was strategically mapped to either strengthen brand narrative (Identity) or facilitate the user journey (Booking/Information).
